We have established a partnership with millions of tiny helpers, which we call The Golden Flies (scientifically referred to as Hermetia illucens, The Black Soldier Flies) working their magic with innocence. We nurture and feed them every day with respect and love. In return for our care, they utilize their natural abilities to convert biological waste - preventing it from polluting the environment for decades or even centuries - into a remarkable and unique product, the A&O Plant Nutrition. This product serves as a complex plant nutrition and soil fertilizer like no other in the world. Through natural cycles, scientific knowledge, and our innovations, we aim to improve the planet Earth for all living beings.

DinoTech was founded in 2018 by a group of scientists and environmentalists who were passionate about finding sustainable solutions for agriculture and forestry and the whiole Planet Earth. Combining their deep understanding of ecology, biology, agriculture, forestry, biochemistry, pharmacy and medicine, combined with expertise in management and business administration and investment, they recognized the growing need for organic and environmentally-friendly products in these industries, and decided to harness the power of nature to create high value products.
